Frowny Face Cats Questionnaire
Please copy and paste this questionnaire into the body of an email and send it to [email protected]. In addition to finding out about your situation, we’re hopeful that this questionnaire will be beneficial as you consider your options.
Thank you for your interest in our kittens! As breeders, we feel it is our responsibility to provide wonderful homes for our kittens, as well as wonderful kittens for their homes. Every family looks different, and your answers help us get to know you a little better and help us steer you toward the right kitten. Please note that the submission of this questionnaire in no way guarantees that you will get a kitten. It simply aids us in placing our kittens in the appropriate homes and is required in the event that a kitten is selected and purchased.

OUR CATTERY IS CLOSED TO VISITORS. WE ARE HAPPY TO MEET CLOSE BY FOR PICK-UPS.
We do not fly our kittens via live cargo. We do our best to provide personal delivery or meeting but can sometimes provide a personal courier quote for transport all the way to your address.
12. Where or from whom did you hear about Frowny Face Cats?
13. The initial expense of purchasing an exotic shorthair kitten can be quite an investment. But, it also needs to be understood that the expense of caring for any pet is a life-time commitment and should be anticipated and planned for accordingly. In addition to routine vet expenses, other COSTLY expenses do inevitably arise due to factors NOT COVERED IN OUR WARRANTY: parasite/worm prevention and/or treatment, possible surgeries (eye issues, hernia, spay/neuter, etc.). We do our very best to ensure that we provide a happy, healthy kitten, and would certainly inform you if any health issues are discovered prior to the kitten leaving our home. But we in no way guarantee a perfect animal. Exotic breeds (as well as other breeds) do sometimes develop conditions, allergies, illnesses, parasites/worms, digestive issues, or other problems that are not covered under our 1 year genetic health replacement warranty.
Do you agree to commit to any and all financial obligations involved with giving the appropriate care to a cat while it is in your possession and agree that Frowny Face Cats/The Moore Family will in no way be responsible for reimbursements of any kind once kitten is in your possession?
14. Do you agree to contact Frowny Face Cats in the event that you would need to re-home your cat for any reason and to NEVER PLACE CAT WITH A RESCUE OR A SHELTER?
We can help in the re-homing process and like to keep up with our kittens for their life-time. NO REFUNDS, BUT WE WILL ALWAYS BE HAPPY TO TAKE OUR KITTENS BACK FOR ANY REASON!
15. Although we consider such traits as temperament as we select a breeding pair, and we use this questionnaire to try to match our kittens with appropriate families, we can not guarantee that your kitten will have the exact temperament that you might be expecting. Also, please keep in mind that having a new kitten requires a lot of extra time, attention, and training as he or she grows into adulthood.
Do you agree to provide adequate care during the potential inconveniences of kittenhood (potty accidents, scratching furniture, etc.) into the potential inconveniences and special needs of adulthood and seniority, including but not limited to regular exercise and grooming?
16. A new kitten can be quite an adjustment for family members and any existing pets you may have.
Do you agree that you have considered your family members and your other pets in the decision to purchase a kitten?

Before submitting this questionnaire, please give your vet a quick call to and ask them to make a note on your chart that you give them permission to speak with us. 19. If the kitten of your preference is not currently available, are you interested in reserving a spot on our reservations list by placing a $200 non-refundable deposit? The deposit is applied to the price of kitten at the time of pick-up.
